What do our version's mean?
Background
We use a version number to monitor when issues occur, and what services they effect. Every time a new update is pushed out to the public, the version number is updated. Our version numbers have 3 parts, separated by a dot.
Explanation
The first component of our version number is the main GPA calculator edition, which is currently V5. Therefore, current version numbers start with a 5.
The second component of our version number is the sub-version, which is updated every time there is a major update to the calculator but is not an entire new edition. The current sub-version is 4, so our current version numbers are 5.4.
The third component is the specific version, which is updated every time the GPA calculator is updated. This number resets every time the sub-version, or edition are updated. At the time of writing, we are on specific version 7, therefore the current version is 5.4.7.
